Chicken Teriyaki

From Rach, I believe!

1 cup soy sauce
1 cup sugar
2 cups water

Heat in frying pan (or on stove at low boil) til sugar dissolves; add chicken. Cover and cook 30-45 minutes. Remove lid and boil down to make thick. Serve with rice and broccoli, cashews, bamboo, water chestnuts, whatever strikes your fancy!
