Russian Chicken Bake

Rachel Miller gets the thanks for this one. It's delish!

1 bottle Russian dressing (8 to 16 oz, depending on how much chicken you're doing)
1 pkg onion soup mix
3 tbs apricot jam (trust me, it's good!)

Mix ingredients and pour over chicken into 9x13. Bake at 350 for 45 or so minutes.

I've been meaning to try some of these recipes for a while. I'm finally getting around to it this week. I couldn't help but laugh when I saw this one because it's one of those that I just "keep in my head." Well, I kept making it for times when I wasn't going to be home, so I was never eating it. Anyway, I guess I kept forgetting to put the jam in and it was disgusting. My husband never even told me--my babysitter did!!
