Stuffed Mushrooms

This makes a great appetizer or side dish for a group of people. The filling is rich.

*1 lb ground mild italian sausage
*1 pkg cream cheese
*fresh mushrooms (it's tough to gauge an exact number depending on their sizes. I'd suggest around 30 or more)
*shredded mozzerella

Brown sausage. Add in cream cheese and mix into sausage til it's all melted. Remove stems from mushrooms (they really will pop right out if you pull the stem to one side). Wash mushrooms and allow to dry. Fill mushrooms with sausage mixture. Top with mozzerella. This is how I do them in the oven (you might have thought of a better way): Place them in a dish and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes, then place under the broiler until cheese is nice an bubbly--not more than several minutes.
